• Do my monthly rates increase?

    No. You are guaranteed your Caregiver Assurance membership rate. You can expect to be charged $50 a month for this service as long as you’re a member, regardless of the number of times you contact your Caregiver Advisor.

  • May I change my method of payment?

    Yes. Changing your payment method is easy! You may call us at (612) 672-2273 to update your credit card or address on file. Just have your information handy and one of our representatives will be ready to assist.

    At this time, we do not accept cash or checks as a form of payment.

  • Can I transfer my membership to another party?

    No. Your Caregiver Assurance membership is non-transferrable. We want to do our best to serve you as a caregiver so we prefer to maintain our ongoing relationship with you. If you have another family member or friend that is interested in the Caregiver Assurance program, they may also choose to become a member and realize all of the same benefits you enjoy.

  • What happens if my senior’s living arrangements change while I am a Caregiver Assurance member?

    No problem! We’re here to help. The transition of a senior’s living situation—especially from independent living to a housing community—can be a complicated one. Let us guide you through this transition and assist with providing you not only with the resources you need, but the emotional support also.

  • How can I purchase additional services from the Caregiver Assurance program?

    If you’ve decided that you would benefit from purchasing additional services offered by the Caregiver Assurance program, you may call a Caregiver Assurance representative at (612) 672-2273 who can assist with your purchase over the phone.

  • How do I cancel my Caregiver Assurance membership?

    We want to be sure we’re providing you with the ongoing relationship you need as a Caregiver so we do require that you receive a minimum of 6 months of support. We do not allow for cancellation during this 6-month timeframe, but we are happy to help make any payment changes necessary by calling (612) 672-2273.

    Following your initial 6-month membership, your membership converts to a month-by-month commitment. You may cancel your membership at any time after your first six months of membership by calling (612) 672-2273. You will need to cancel at least 72-hours before your next scheduled monthly Caregiver Assurance membership payment to ensure there is adequate time to process your request.
